These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of polispro.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Polispro. By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Polispro is the trading name of FAADA EE LLC, located in Phoenix, AZ. We sell home care and cleaning essentials products through this online store.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate, current and complete, that you will keep it up to date, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.

3. Products and availability

Products are described on their individual pages, including dimensions, materials and, where relevant, mounting requirements. Product photos are illustrative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur between batches. We may change, discontinue or update any listing at any time without notice. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund the amount paid for it.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. The full amount you will pay, including the product price and any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you confirm. Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; acceptance takes place when the order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing error occurred or where the item cannot be supplied. To cancel an order yourself, email support@polispro.com as soon as possible; an order that has already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. There are no hidden charges: every amount is shown before you confirm.

7. Shipping

We deliver to all 50 US states and nowhere else; international shipping is not offered. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing times, transit times and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or an incorrect item, within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility, deadlines and the return procedure are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@polispro.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the Site.
  • Scrape, copy or republish Site content without our written permission.
  • Upload viruses, malware or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to access parts of the Site or systems you are not authorised to use.

11. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site, including text, product images, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Polispro and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any of it without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep descriptions accurate and the Site running, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Polispro nor FAADA EE LLC will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAADA EE LLC, its officers and its agents from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information and applies to all use of the Site. By using the Site you consent to the practices it describes.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the Site afterwards means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be heard by the courts located in State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
