Paying at Polispro should take a minute and leave no questions. This page sets out what we accept, how your details are protected and what happens after you press pay.

Ways to pay

The following methods are accepted at checkout:

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). The order total, including the product price and any applicable sales tax, appears on the checkout page before you confirm. Shipping is free, so there is nothing added at the last step and no fee that appears later.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when the order is placed. A confirmation email follows within a few minutes; if it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder before writing to us at support@polispro.com.

How your details are protected

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. The connection between your browser and the checkout is SSL/TLS encrypted, and full card numbers or payment credentials are never stored on our servers. We only ever see that a payment succeeded.

If a payment is declined

Check that the billing name, address and postcode match what your bank has on file.
Make sure the card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online purchases.
Ask your bank whether a security hold was placed on the transaction.
Try one of the other accepted methods.
