As soon as your Polispro parcel is handed to the carrier, usually within 0-1 business days of ordering, we email you the tracking number. Standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter the number below to see where the parcel is right now.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What arrives in your inbox
- Order confirmation: sent straight after checkout with your order number, which you will need for any query.
- Dispatch notice: sent when the parcel leaves us, with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's page.
- Carrier updates: the tracking page refreshes at each scan, from pickup to delivery.
If the tracking is not moving
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the dispatch email, so a blank page on day one is normal. If nothing has changed for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not with you, email support@polispro.com with your order number and we will raise it with the carrier and keep you updated.
