Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how Polispro gets an order from our shelf to your door.

Where we ship

We deliver to every address in all 50 US states. International shipping is not available: we do not currently ship to other countries or territories, and orders with a non-US address cannot be accepted at checkout.

One service, no charge

Every order ships by standard shipping and it is free, with no minimum order value. We do not offer an expedited, express or overnight option; if you need an item by a fixed date, order early and allow for the timings below.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT are processed on the following business day.

Transit time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Remote addresses, weather and carrier volume can occasionally add a day; these estimates are typical, not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves us you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to follow it until it is delivered.

What you pay

The product price and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you confirm. Because shipping is free, the figure you see there is the figure you are charged: no handling fees, no surcharges.

What free shipping does not include

Delivery is to the shipping address you entered at checkout, to the door or mailroom the carrier serves. Installation, assembly and in-home placement are not included. Please double-check the address before you confirm, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If the tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel has not arrived well past the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed until it is resolved. If the parcel arrives damaged, please see the Refund & Returns Policy and report it within 72 hours of delivery.
