Products

Are your microfiber cloths and mop pads reusable?

Yes. They are designed for hundreds of washes. Machine-wash warm, skip fabric softener and bleach, and tumble on low or air dry. Softener clogs the fibres and stops them grabbing dust.

Will the cleaning tools scratch glass, stainless steel or sealed wood?

Microfiber, silicone and soft-bristle items are non-scratch. Anything abrasive, such as scouring pads or grout brushes, is clearly marked on its product page along with the surfaces it is meant for.

Are the storage containers food-safe and airtight?

Containers sold in Kitchen Organization are made from BPA-free plastic or glass with silicone-gasket lids unless the listing says otherwise. Dimensions are given in inches and centimetres so you can check shelf height before ordering.

Do the bathroom organisers require drilling?

Many mount with suction cups, adhesive strips or over-the-door hooks; some are freestanding. Each product page states the mounting type, and drill-mount items ship with their screws and anchors.

Are the products new?

Every item Polispro sells is brand new and in its original packaging. We do not sell used, refurbished or open-box goods, and we do not offer gift wrapping.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in the United States, all 50 states. We do not ship internationally.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We do not offer an expedited or express option.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

How do I track my parcel?

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order ships. Use it to follow the parcel at any time.

Payment

Which payment methods do you take?

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Every transaction is processed securely.

Is my card information safe?

Checkout runs through Shopify Payments, which is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. Your full card details never touch our servers.

Returns and refunds

What can I return?

Items with a manufacturing defect, items damaged in transit and wrong items received, as long as you contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or personal preference; if you are unsure about a product, ask us before you order.

How do I start a return?

Email support@polispro.com with your order number and a description of the problem, plus photos if the item is damaged. We reply within 1-2 business days with a decision and, if approved, return instructions. Return shipping on approved returns is paid by us.

When will I see my refund?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your statement.
